Winemaking: Destemming, soft pressing and static settling at controlled temperature. Maturation for about 2 months in steel tanks on fine lees to bring out the characteristic notes of the grape variety. After bottling, further bottle aging follows for about one month at controlled temperature.
Origin: Western Sicily
Shelf-life: wine to drink immediately or to store for up to three/five years
Tasting notes: Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, the nose reveals hints of jasmine, orange blossom, citrus and yellow peach, aromatic and fresh. It goes well with fish dishes and particularly with sushi and shellfish. Serve at a temperature
