The autochthonous grapes of Grillo are cultivated by Cavifur in the hilly areas. The soil and climate of this area favors the development of aromas. It has a straw yellow color, intense aroma of fresh citrus and floral notes, good acidity, elegant and balanced on the palate.
Excellent with fish and shellfish dishes.
Serve at 8-10° C.
