NERELLO MASCALESE (60%)
NERO D’AVOLA (40%)
Winemaking: After the grapes are picked from the bunch, a soft pressing and a static sedimentation follow.
About 2 months long rapening in steel basins in order to underline the typical notes of this kind of grape. After bottling a further one month long sharpening at a controlled temperature follows.
Origin: Randazzo (CT) / Sambuca di Sicilia (AG)
Shelf-life: Wine to drink immediately or to store for up to two/three years

Tasting notes: Deep pink wine with a scent of berries and fresh flowers. It has a harmonious and round flavor with good acidity.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with vegetables, fish and with all light and fresh dishes. Service temperature 12-14 ° C
