Winemaking: Destemming, soft pressing and static settling at controlled temperature. Maturation for about
2 months in steel tanks on fine lees to bring out the characteristic notes of the grape variety. After bottling, further bottle aging follows for about one month at controlled temperature.

Shelf-life: Wine to drink immediately or to store for up to three/five years
Tasting notes: Straw color with golden hues, retains notes of ripe fruit,
pleasantly mineral on the palate, goes well with appetizers, fish dishes, vegetables and white meats. Serve at a temperature
